What events do you cater for? ​

We can cater for any indoor or outdoor event; from Small Weddings to Large Festivals – and everything in between!


Do you arrange catering? ​
Yes, we can arrange all your catering needs through our preferred channels.


Is it possible to hire your bar or the bus and operate it ourselves?

​Yes. All our bars can be fully equipped and left in your capable hands. (T&C’s apply including breakage deposit)


Are your events seasonal?
​The bus and event bars are available 360 days of the year and can be stocked with all the required seasonal favourites, from Pimms to Mulled Wine.


What is your age policy? ​
We uphold a social responsibility of the Challenge 25 policy.

We have a combined wealth of over 50 years of experience in the hospitality industry, please take a look at our testimonial page for further details.


How many guests can you cater for? ​
We can cater for any number of guests and our setup will be amended accordingly.


How much notice do I need to give before my event? ​
We take a non-refundable deposit one month prior to the event. 


What is the cost for your bar service?
​At the risk of sounding like a politician… each event is bespoke and therefore we can only provide an accurate quotation upon application, please contact us!


Do I need to apply for a license?
No. We are ​Personal Licence Holders.


Do you provide bar insurance? ​
Yes.  We take our events very seriously and have public liability insurance to the value of £5,000,000. 


Do you supply your own power and lighting?
​Yes, we can at an additional cost.


What areas do you cover? ​
Although our bar services cover all of the UK, unfortunately our bus Albie is getting on a bit so can only manage a 25 mile radius from Crawley Down, West Sussex.


Do you take card payments?​
Yes, we accept all forms of debit and credit card payment excluding American Express.
